I have a phone appointment with NACA next week to pretty much start all over with my financial information. How is unemployment viewed? Just like regular income? What happens if it runs out and you still don't have a job but your modification was based on that income + spouses income. I'm just wondering how it works since unemployment isn't permanent. Thanks! |

NACA has included his unemployment along with my income. Just had an appt this week to update our file and was told to fax over proof of unemployment as well as my pay stubs. We have been waiting 6 months for our mod, but seem to making some progress finally. So as far as I can tell being on unemployment doesn;t seem to make a difference. What state are you in? Here in Michigan we have a total of I believe 79 weeks of unemployment available at this point due to the high rate of unemployment here,17.2%. |
