A couple people wrote in saying that I should contact them and advised to contact David L. Who is David L and what is his contact information? Thanks much, Wender |

When NACA emails BofA for an update, David L. is the one who responds. He has excellent customer service skills and goes above and beyond to help people the best he can. |

They managed to strand my accepted mod (mod document was the actual paper to be recorded). They verified the package. They never contacted me about any problem either by mail OR by phone. Then they sent a letter notifying me of my note transferring to Litton. Phone call to BofA occurred as soon as I opened that letter (expecting to maybe hear or see proof that the mod was progressing). Reassurances, no problem, 'if the internal processing finishes after the note is sent over', 'the paperwork will just catch up'.... this went on for more than 2 months, meanwhile the note transitioned to Litton. Of course, now Litton is claiming they knew nothing so they do not have to honor the mod. (But Litton made a little goof on the NOD, used the date of the MOD as the date of the NOTE so aside from clairvoyance, they DID know of the mod.) My later attempts with Litton are met with their form letter saying you make too much. They are becoming famous for said form letter. A negative balance from just the mortgage and taxes does not work with the bank where the checking account is. The calculator at the bank does not agree with Litton's. So, can this David work out the BofA total goofups? |

The first time we had a VIP negotiator who gave us faulty info the second time we got David... He is very nice... We were thinking about going with NACA at that time... We ended up not but David was still our contact person. |

I just e-mailed her again, as i feel like i am being given the run around. I am applying for MHA and they told me they need a $2500.00 proof of commitement sent to them in order to get a mod. I keep telling them there are no fees under MHA. I meet the guidelines. I am not wanting one of their in house mods. I am beyond frustrated. I am goign to file a complaint with FTC and i also am talking to HUD counselor thru the MHA website. |

I know I've used their online service to complain about something totally unrelated several years ago. I don't think I ever did hear back from the FTC. Also, will HUD listen to my complaint even if I did not go thru any HUD-related org to start my totally messed up mod with CW/BofA/LITTON? (My tale of woe regarding note transfers while mod in progress are in other threads.) | |

It doesnt hurt to try. I just went to FTC.gov and clicked on the complaint form. Filled out what applied and left blank what did not. Then at the end theres enough room for 3500 characters to write down whatever you want on it. |
