Unsuccesfull communication with Negotiator - Loan Modification Forum

I am trying to get in contact with my negotiator Jennifer Hall at Bank of America but I have been unsuccesfull. She was assigned to my file by Cynthia of Ms. Desoer's office. My negotiator was supposed to call me on Monday but she did not call so I called her but I was only able to leave a message.

How long does it usually take to have the BofA negotiator to call? Does anyone else have Jennifer Hall as their Negotiator? If so, what has been your experience like?

Sometimes it can take up to a week or so. Just keep it up. I know this may be ridiculous but they are extremely inundated.

I have Jennifer Hall as my negotiator. It took about a week for her to get back to me. My investor is Fannie Mae and I have PMI insurance and have been told that they are doing these types of mods right now, waiting on additional guidelines from Fannie Mae.

I received a call from Jennifer this afternoon which is exactly one week from when I was contacted by Cynthia, so I guess a week is the norm.

Jennifer just received my file and said that the investor on my file is a private investor which she is not allowed to disclose the name but that they will normally work with the borrower. She said it normally takes about 30 days during which she will be in contact with us on the status.

I am glad the wheels of progress continue to turn. I am greatful to this forum and everyone in it that provides all the helpful information. Thank you everyone!
