I currently have a 6.25% 30 year fixed. I did my budget and I have about $200 left at the end of the month after all bills with minimum CC payments. As we, all know $200 is not enough to cover monthly expenses on household of four so i end up under every month. I will appreciate any help on dealing with CW/BOA to try to get something out of them. Unfortunately, I cannot go with NACA because I own a second property. Which phone number should I call to get the ball rolling? I have 1.800.669.6650 but I don’t know if that’s the best place to start. I will post my progress or lack of it. Thanks to all. |

We are qualified but they do not have it formalized at BofA. She told me it could take another 30 days and to check in 2 weeks. Worked with NACA and they have already submitted their proposal to BofA. I confirmed it with a call to David L. |
