CJ vs CW

Hello.

I have decided to start my loan mod today. My loan is not late but Im struggling due to lower income. I currently have a 6.25% 30 year fixed. I did my budget and I have about $200 left at the end of the month after all bills with minimum CC payments. As we, all know $200 is not enough to cover monthly expenses on household of four so i end up under every month.

I will appreciate any help on dealing with CW/BOA to try to get something out of them. Unfortunately, I cannot go with NACA because I own a second property.

Which phone number should I call to get the ball rolling? I have 1.800.669.6650 but I don’t know if that’s the best place to start.

I will post my progress or lack of it.

Thanks to all.

When you calculate your budget include all household expenses as well..

You can try that number or email Barbara Desoer, she has helped many here get their process started in a timely and professional matter:

Re: CJ vs CW

Start talking to NACA as well.

Spoke to BofA OOP yesterday and they are still trying to put the HAMP program in place. We are qualified but they do not have it formalized at BofA. She told me it could take another 30 days and to check in 2 weeks.

Worked with NACA and they have already submitted their proposal to BofA. I confirmed it with a call to David L.
