Promising Start

Thank you to this forum. Since joining yesterday I had previously contacted the retention department and faxed in documents. I didn't want to wait around & wanted to be proactive so 24 hours later I emailed Ms. Desoe. I emailed her at 3 pm and was called back from his CS team by 6 pm. Last night I emailed over two months pay stubs, two months bank statements, and letter of expenses. I am going to touch back with her this afternoon if she hasn't called back. Thanks Again & I will keep you all updated!!

@ 1:31 PM EST Called Sherilyn and she said she got all the paper work. She said now it's being sent to the 'imager'? And on Monday we will be assigned a negotiator. I am crossing fingers and toes and holding my breath!
