Finally! Success!!

I finally recieved my docs this week!! This is my 4th attempt at a modification (2 through CW - 1st they messed up my income figures, and the 2nd was never responded to) then 2 through NACA (1st one w/NACA was approved in March but it made my payment higher because they submitted my self employment income incorrectly and also forgot to include my car payment)
So after about a year and a half- SUCCESS!!! Happy Dance!!!
I got 3.25% fixed for the life of the loan. (I was in an interest only option arm)
I do however have one question if there is anyone out there who can answer this-
I filed a chapter 7 bankruptcy in 2008 which has been released. The house was part of it. In my docs there is a statement at the bottom of page 1 which reads "This offer is contingent upon BAC Home Loan Servicing, LP recieving relief from teh Automatic Stay for any bankruptcy in which the property referred to in the Loan Modification Agreement is included at the time of the modification"
They did not send any doc for me to sign pertaing to an automatic stay relief. The last mod that I declined from CW had a form called "Modification Bankruptcy Disclosure Rider' but this one doesn't.
I am very scared I will send in what they did give me to sign and then they'll tell me its no good because there is nothing signed about this subject.
Does anyone know the answer to this?

Forgot to mention,
I do have a call into my negotiater about this, and I might send an email to my bankruptcy attorney to see what he says, however he was not pleasant to deal with when I filed, and told my to just move and rent somewhere. So I dont want to talk to him if I can avoid it! I just thought I would mention this because I am sure everyone will reccommend that I contact my attorney. Just dont want to deal with him.

Cassie- It was horrible and if you would have asked me a year and a half ago if I could hang through 4 of them I would have told you no way in **** !! But the longer it went on and the more messed up it all became it just pushed me to keep going. I was too far into it to quit!

I was finally approved on 7-16-2009. I did the modification myself, do not recommend it. Here is an estimated time line:

1-23-2009: 1st applied. cw state I qualified for a forberance.

4-23-2009: faxed updated hardship letter request mha. cw cx 1st workout and started another one.

5-26-09 faxed barbara with boa after being told so many lies. assigned a
negotiator immediately.

7-8-09 proposal sent to fannie mae.

7-13-09 fannie mae requested property tax and homeowners insurance info. Found this out at 4:45pm.

7-14-2009 faxed property tax and homeowners insurance info faxed at 9:00am and I wrote the date and time on the coversheet. I also wrote attention:...... "here are the documents fannie mae requested. please forward asap."

7-16-09 boa online account updated to approved.

7-18-09 still awaiting docs. I have not heard from my negotiator since 7-13-09. I dont know the terms. She never notified me with the good news. She did not even call me to tell me that fannie mae needed more information, I called her. I told the advocacy dept to please find her and waited on hold until they did.

Congratulations!!! What a load off and a long time coming for you!
Would you mind sharing if your mod rate is the original proposed rate that NACA submitted for? NACA is telling us that the lowest they can submit for is something like 4.5%...
