Just thought I would post this article since so many of us are experiencing huge problems with BofA. Hopefully, this will result in some true progress and accountability. At least our voices are finally being heard!

According to that article we all need to file complaints, anyone know where we can file complaints and should we get a list from all the members here at loansafe file on HUGE complaint on all mortgage servicers as there excuse is we have an invester and this mod can take YEARS to get complete...Hahahah

I was emailed this from my HUD counselor about 2 weeks ago:

The US Treasury Department has created an email account for counselors and consumers to email complaints about servicers within the Making Home Affordable Program.
This email address, support@hmpadmin.com, is available now. PLEASE NOTE: if you are having difficulty with a servicer and would like report it, you must include the following information in the email:
- Name of representative with whom you spoke
- Phone number you called to contact servicer
- Specific information on what the representative told you and what you originally asked them
- Your name and contact information
Treasury wants to ensure accurate information is given out to counselors and borrowers, this information will help them in their efforts.

On a sidenote, I had sent a list of questions, not complaints, to this email address before I was even told about this from HUD...they didn't answer my questions but advised me to talk to my lender. Now, since Fannie Mae is the administrator and this email is to the administrator for the program and Fannie Mae is my lender...well, why couldn't they just answer my questions???? I guess I should complain about that but to whom? But I do agree, we should all email our complaints so take note of the person you've spoken to and be sure to send it to the email address listed.

i sent a complaint months ago about CW/BofA to President Obama. I now receive emails from him that say to reply to this address:

info@messages.whitehouse.gov

So, let's inundate them

Me too I sent each one a hundred times to make sure they get at least one incase they loose one

Seems nowadays peeps keep loosing info and if I get no replys I will keep mailing 100 at a time till I do...Woo Hooo

If everyone who had a complaint to file it now before offices open and have there mail boxes full everday untill they solve this waiting forever deal to get a no answer or decline offer or reapply offer

Obama plan is a joke, all the senadors are joke. The only thing they do is promise and lie. Obama is really good on promises. We all in trouble and we might lose our homes. Do not Dream this people are worse than the banks. I am so tried of calling all the democrats representatives here in Las Vegas. I called the democrat party and they hang up the phone on me. I tried republican and they listen, but didn't do nothing. Forget. My solution will be returning my keys. Tried NACA without sucess. I am so tired of all this that I will file bankruptcy just for the fun.

I wish I had been keeping a phone log spreadsheet this whole time. I would just send them the whole file. Anyone have a template for a phone log? Wouldn't it be great if we all just used the same log and sent it to them? We'd probably have enough complaints to make a book out of it.

OK I just checked my email got 1 response from 1 of my emails. The email thanked me for writing and referred me to .........995-hope Oyyyyyyyyyyyy.........same old stuff!!

Which email responded? Who do we email next to complain that we can't submit complaints to the aforementioned email address? What a fun game this is! I put together a phone contact log if anyone is interested. Anyone know how to upload a document? I tried the paperclip button to attach but it does not do anything.

Honestly do you think they care? What matters is if they get re-elected. They cannot possibly care; how long do you think anyone would last if they did? Most think we lied and cheated to get credit and our homes, deserve to lose since we did, having nothing left in our bank and August break begins soon. Wow they worked this year! Actually had to try to look busy. Sorry but I am negative big time. Their loyalty will be for anyone who keeps the country afloat not one's who are going down.

I have emailed White House about all of this and have never gotten one email in return. Same for my Senator. Congressman sent me a form letter telling me what a great job the administration is doing for us regarding the housing crisis. State Attorney General never replied either, and Michigan was part of the lawsuit against CW.

Now you know why NACA would go to the Banks door step and rais all he** about redueing loans, then the news peeps show up and finnaly get some answers
