Couldn't find my original post - got lost somewhere in cyberspace I guess.
Has anyone else received calls from this number? If you call it back, you get a recorded message that it doesn't exist. Is this even legal?

FedUp02, be careful of these phone numbers and never give the person any information. I tried to look it up on the reverse phone number search and it finds nothing...so I would say that it isn't anything good.

I googled the number(I google all strange numbers that come up on my caller id) and found this:

I'm so fed up with having my personal privacy invaded by phone calls I keep the landline unplugged most of the time now. Thinking about doing away with it and just going wireless now.

Cobra - we are seriously thinking of doing the same. It would also be a lot cheaper.
We got two more calls this AM, but, this time from 555-555-0115. One hung up and the other left a message - left what was probably a made up name and an 800 number. Said it was urgent that someone call back ASAP, very important, etc., etc., etc.

We did the Do Not Call thing a while back, but, it must of have cancelled out.

I don't know if it can be blocked.
