Hi..talked to David L today (nicest guy from BofA) and he said that a proposal was sent to NACA yesterday! June 1st and that I should call NACA..Called NACA and they cannot tell me anything until they review the offer and make a counteroffer if necessary...I am a bit aggravated. I called David L back and he said that they should at least give me the proposal and let me decide if the payments will work for me....Why cant NACA give me this info...I want to save my home!!!

I'll bet NACA will be sending you that email tomorrow. Mine came on a Friday.
I think they review and then send you the details of the mod.

do you usually call David L of BofA for updates? I wonder if I can do the same.

Your getting there, keep on top of NACA! Call them every day now and let them know how important it is that you get this MOD done. Once they review the MOD then you should here what the terms are and then you need to let NACA know that you accept the MOD.

Make sure you tell NACA to send CW a email accepting the MOD and requesting the DOCS. I had to call NACA several times over the course of three weeks to finally have them request DOCS from CW and accept the terms. Good Luck you are almost there!

That's really good to hear HereinNY. I hope you get that e-mail tomorrow. I can't imagine how anxious you are. They are closed for the week. Let us know when you know....
