Angry UGH, I hate this...

So I called this morning because I keep getting collection calls due to my past due payments and this time they gave me a different number. It's the foreclosure department. To update you all I am 3 months behind, I've been calling consistently since february for help, was unable to make my April payment due to loss of income, still unable to make my May payment (and now June as well). Started with NACA last month and waiting. They have been great and told me they should be able to get a long term fix. Didn't call me back last week like they said they would so I made another appt with them for tomorrow. I sent a email to Barbara Doeser just now, this is so ridiculous!!! CW/BOA just keeps telling me I don't qualify, I need to be late to get assistance, and the rude lady I spoke to this morning said that I need to be CURRENT to get assistance!?!?!?!? I feel like I"m in the twilight zone!!! Wish me luck people, cause I'm just stuck in the horrible merry-g-round that never stops spinning!!!!

I feel your pain, Horsegirl, my account with NACA has been pending for two and a half weeks now and we still get calls from BofA too. But, you have to try to be patient. They (NACA) are overwhelmed and doing the best that they can. We just keep telling BofA the same thing every time. We should probably record that on our answering machine for everytime they call.
Hang in there. Things will happen.

Horsegirl, call the BOA and as for the Advocacy department and make sure that they know that you are working with NACA and give them your NACA ID and tell them to note on the account. Also, if you are are in foreclosure process, you need to let NACA know now. If you have received a notice or anything from BOA, you will need to provide that to them. There is a place on the NACA website to report if you there is a foreclosure process going on while you are working with NACA. Did you hear back from Barbara yet? She is very good about answering back quickly.

CW/BOA is a total joke!

We went through 13 months of exactly this bull you are now experience. One CW rep telling us one thing then the next telling us completely something different! We have gone through all the threats and abuse they could dish out and finally 13 months after we started our nightmare we finally got a great MOD offer from NACA!

We are prepared for more though as it seems that CW likes to play games even after people have signed and followed all directions of the MOD.

All I can say is hang in there and fight as hard as you can and you WILL be rewarded. Do not give up and do not take NO for an answer. We are all behind you here and there are many who have been through just what you are now going through!

Same here... We started at 2 months behind in April 08 because CW said we had to be delinquent to be considered for a mod. Then when they submitted we were told not to contact them for 2 months as it would slow down the process, by that time we are already in foreclosure because they never notified us we didn't qualify. Didn't make payments because husband thought we were in a forebearance.... signed up for a crappy mod in Sept 08 which never funded and was cancelled, didn't know until 2/09. Begged for Making Home affordable program for 3 months, were told we didn't qualify. Finally signed up with NACA and guess what BOA says we qualify for MHA??? NO THANKS, I'll stick with NACA!! What a mess!
