I contacted CW after my docs were received and sent back to make sure they were received. I was advised all was done and to begin my new payment 2/09. I was also informed that it would take at least 30 days for my account to update on the website. I checked the website 1/09 and nothing had changed. I began my calls to the home retention team, hope team, customer service etc.. and was advised to make the new payment I was approved and they were behind it would take 60 days to update. I began to call every week and was advised the samething. I made the new payment from 2/09-5/09. I checked the website once again for updates to find out the mod was cancelled as i did not qualify. I was amazed I called and was advised my income was too much. I asked why was I not informed of this and if that they needed new financials. My job situation had changed and my income was less. I stated that if I made the money they thought I would not need help. He advised me he would escalate my issue and to call back in two weeks. I contacted 995 hope regarding the situation gave all my information and was advised to call CW in two weeks. Well two weeks passed I called and was advised there was no information and that 995 hope had never contacted them. Which I know was a lie. I asked for a supervisor and he advised that my information would be sent again for modification. At this point I am frustrated and still waiting. I have looked over all the stories with CW it is amazing of all the people in the same situation. I have sent over 15 faxes and letters in that past two weeks with no response. I have even emailed Barbara Deoser 4 times with no response. I have called to get numbers and an email address for the office of the president and no one has it. They cant even tell me who the CEO is. It is amazing in such a huge corporation how unprofessional they are. I guess what I need is advise on what to do now. I want to keep my home. Any suggestions should I contact an attorney. Does anyone have the numbers of contact that I need? |

Are you sure you have the correct address for Barbara Desoer (you have her name spelled incorrectly in your post). Her email address is barbara.j.desoer@bankofamerica.com and the CEO is ken.d.lewis@bankofamerica.com If you emailed her 4 times someone should have called you back pretty promptly. Check to see that you sent it to the above email address. Good Luck! |

I received a call from the office of the president at cw a nice woman named Annabel who advised just needed my financials and bank statements. She stated that it would fe sent to loan negoations and I will have my mod.Now it is the waiting game to see my offer. I guess being the sqweeky wheel works. I contacted CW everyday since 6/5/09. I just hope they offer something good like the onw they cancelled on me. I would not of known who to contact if it wasn't for this website. So thanks for all the help and I will let you know what happens. |

I was so SICK of having my file or account or call escalated at CW. I don't even ride escalators anymore. Good luck with your modification! It helps to know we're not alone in this. |
