BofA Contacts - Who do you contact when things are not moving?

I'm working with NACA but BofA doesn't seem to be cooperating. How do you get in contact with at BofA to get things moving. Please let me know. An email address would be great to the CEO or similar.

Thanks,

Re: BofA Contacts - Who do you contact when things are not moving?

Hi
I couldn't use Naca so had to deal with boa myself. Started in March and after no movement contacted barbara desoer thru e-mail. within 30 days had a loan mod offer that we did take as it bought us a year to hopefully get ahead. lowered payment by 580.00 a month and then increases 2nd year another % unlesss we still need help and then to told to reapply then. sets a current interest rate of 6.85 in 2012 with p&i. that 6.85 was due to adjust 2% up next year. we were tired of worrying about losing our home and fiqured a year could bring alot of changes.
