Hi folks, I am actually dealing with Chase on the Chase board myself, but have a sad story neighbor that has a Countrywide loan and needs help. Does anyone have phone numbers on where to start with Countrywide? We have the customer service number, but do not seem to get much help. Do they have a loss mitigation department or equivalent to how Chase works? What is the process with Countrywide to start a loan mod? Any help would be great! Joanna |
