Trustee's Sale Arizona - Loan Modification Forum

Hey guys I recieved a Notice for a trustees sale today. Does this bypass the normal forclosure process? Anyway to delay this? I have paperwork with NACA filled in April but have heard nothing.

OneHungryChicken,

You might want to print a fax cover page and send it to NACA. I would keep them in the loop and call them as well.

Hi OneHungryChicken,

Yes NACA should be able to postpone the sale date while finishing up the modification process.

Thanks guys I called them earlier lol and finally got to be caller number 2 on hold and got disco. URGGGGHH!. I called back and they said they were going to try to get it delayed.
