Re: Tracking your Modification Online

I don't think many people know that Countrywide offers this. Countrywide's new game, this week's game, is sending secure emails back to the borrower. To open the emails you need a user name and password - user name and password is different than the one you use to log onto your Countrywide account. Problem is that no one knows what their user name and password is. If you try and call Countrywide they have no idea what you are talking about and cannot direct you to someone who will assist you.

Re: Tracking your Modification Online

I would call CW/BOA and ask them. If you have tried the user name and password three times it will automatically lock you out. Other than that I don't know - just call and find out.
