My CW story

Hi everyone!! First of all I'm so glad I found this sight I know it will be a great tool. So I'm filling out my household expense report and I had a question.

Am I suppose to include my current mortgage and if so what kind of surplus is countrwide looking for. I know this is probaly a silly question but I cant afford to make any mistakes and have my MOD rejected. Any advise is greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!

My CW story

Here goes. My fiance and I purchased our home in 2006 for 600,000. Our loan officer was able to get our loan approved with only my fiance on the loan application (no idea how she got that done) My fiance worked at a title company where she took home approx. 3k a month. I brought in a majority of the income but couldnt go on the loan due to my credit score. Everything was going good for about a year and half until I was forced to close my store. (medical marijuana store) Within 6 months we were un able to make our payment. My fiance and I decided it would be best to file BK 7 which was discharged 03/09. Recently I started contacting CW to attempt to modify our loan. I spoke with a lady in the forclosuer department who informed me there is trustee sale scheduled for 6-26-09 but she isnt able to speak with me because CW is waiting for a "case closing order" So basicly they know that the bk was discharged but since the court hasnt sent this document they arent able to speak with me. I informed the BK department of this dilima but they were little to no help. I really have no idea what to do now. I did fax the QWR to CW, but I was wondering if CW is required to provide these documents before they move forward with a sale. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Re: Question about expense report

I read on this site that the surplus is between 100-200 dollars. Too bad I did not find this out before I gave my expenses.
