At least there was something there, ( although it isn't even supposed to be there at all) they are supposed to have my file from NACA and working on it, but all it ever says is No workout Info available for this acct". Has been this way since March. When NACA first submitted it showed 2 apprasial a reports and also stated our mod was in Active Processing. Go figure.
Maybe the people who do the updates are in India, like most of the reps you get on the phone when you call there.
They are idiots there. When we first got our mortgage thru them, the first statement we received showed hundreds of dollars over the escrow weshould have been paying, which increased our payment dramatically, as if it wasn't high enough. Seems they were charging me escrow for my ANNUAL property taxes TWICE a year making my $2900 annual property tax $5400! At first they said they had all the correct info. I had to ask them what part of ANNUAL being ONCE a year they did not understand. They fixed it, and then a few months later I had to call again for same issue.
I work for an insurance company and they are notorious for force placing insurance on people stating they have no homeowners insurance, yet the customer has insurance that is escrowed and paid for by
CW, or they don't pay the insurance when it is a bill to mortgage.
My husband says they are just making us all squirm waiting for our mods and sucking every last dime they can from all of us. Just waiting like sharks to take our homes away from us, when they are the ones to blame for all of this mess in the first place.
I will do everything I can to keep that from happening as we all should!
was finally able to log in, no change. They are refusing to update my account with the new modification (not sure why) have been told there is no problem with docs or the modification, contacted the office of the pres (Barbara Desoer) over 2 weeks ago, got a call back within 2 hours and the rep from her office has been working very hard to get this fixed, but no one in the dept that fixes this is cooperating with her? They all acknowledge what needs to be done to fix it, but no one will take care of it. I guess it's time for another mass email and fax campaign to anyone that could possible help, local and fla politicians that is joke, got form letter responses last time. Talked to Naca they are also sending emails to CW/BOA but are not getting responses, they say don't worry I have a legal binding doc, yeah right others on here have been canceled with the same docs and if I pay the mod payment it won't get applied just stuck in suspense account. FYI little tidbit of info I found out, for all who have or will get mods, CW/BOA will not send you back a copy of the signed mod, why cause they don't sign them, they just process them and put them in your file, that is their sneaky little trick that way they can always say they didn't agree to or it is canceled it since they didn't sign it.
