finally had call #4 today. they are asking for a signed and filled out hardship affidavit and a signed and filled out 4506-t form.

did anyone else have to do these? now i'm told these are the keys to getting everything submitted. tomorrow they will call @ 1:00 and submit to BoA if i fax these in tonight.

so glad to report they are finally submitting my file. i was told by a trainer @ naca that we make enough to "be able to afford our payment" but since it is an ARM loan and our debts are still high, they will try to structure it into a fixed w/ tax and insurance included. should reduce our payment about $100/month or so, which is helpful, although she said they MAY offer us a lower rate as well, but she can't promise anything.

so now i may wait up to 45 days and if nothing is communicated by BoA i call NACA and see what's up. i'm just happy the phone tag is over and they are taking this to BoA. i feel relieved, but the waiting game continues.
