Help !! Country Wide now Bank of America Loan modification

Hello there,

I have been going around and around and waiting for someone from CountryWide and now Bank of America to call me back. I have a loan with Countrywide at 7.55 % with PMI need to get my loan modification . Does anyone know a point of contact from BofA.. that could help me . I haven't been lucky regarding this process. I'm not late with my payments but will like to get this modification, because i just bought the home last year and now the property value has gone down over 100K .

If you are still current, CW/BofA will continue to give you the run-around. Eventually they will send you a loan modification if you are persistent in calling them but it will probably not be anything worth accepting. This is what happened to me. Read through the posts on this forum and you will get an idea of what you will go through.

After 4 months of aggravation, I finally found out about NACA here on this forum. I submitted through NACA's online Homesave program.
