Well today is 05/20 and the new interest rate has not updated in the website so I called CW or Bank Of America and the lady says it takes 90 days and when the bill for June comes is most likely going to have the old rate and payment, to send 2 separate cashier checks certified that my modification documents say. What do you think? Are you having the same issue? |

Per your mod agreement, if you are to start sending in payments as of June 1st, you should!!! They will post them as a partial payment and once the mod info is all updated, it will reflect correctly. |

I had to resort to writing and emailing the President of BOA. I think all who have emailed or written have received calls from people in her office. They seem to be able answer most questions, unlike the CSR's. Barbara J.
