Also, need help to know what to do next after sending my QWR to Countrywide besides calling again & again. All I got back was a list of my on-time payments. I haven't missed one but things are getting really dicey now. Here's the questions: 1) Are the forensic loan audit team ' Attorney Safe Solutions ' still working? Call their tel# in the e-book 951-531-0148 more than 10x a day. Sometimes it doesn't ring at all. All other times it's busy, busy, busy, busy. 2) Are there other teams doing this? Are there some other attorneys here in WA? 3) Does Countrywide/BoA have to give me the whole QWR list I requested? Or only after I get an atty involved? 4) How long is the wait been for a lawyer referral from the website? Listed my state (WA), name, email, tel# and issues on the website but haven't gotten a contact. Will an atty contact me eventually? I'm trying to follow all the recommendations in the e-book to work with BoA/Countrywide. At this point I think I need a lawyer to help me. I'd really appreciate any ideas to try. Thanks a lot. |
