NACA told me to contact Countrywide in a few weeks to see if they received the paperwork from NACA. Well, I just called CW and they haven't received the docs but in the convo the rep said CW or the loans she has seen, are not mods for the life of the loan and just for 5 yrs. I am guessing she didn't know what she was talking about but wanted to get the take on the group. |

If anyone, they will know if they have or have not received your documents. Make sure you give them your NACA ID# so they can flag you as a NACA member. |
