Can anyone share with a sample of what they emailed to Barbara J. Desoer. I did send her a email last friday but I have had no response. Thank You. |

My status changed from "recast" to "cancelled" because they said I didn't get papers back to them in time. I rejected their proposal for a Homesaver Advance. When I called CW, they said they received nothing from NACA but NACA confirmed they submitted my file 5/5. Geez, I'm confused. |

It took us about 3 weeks and I think it would have taken longer but I sent out some emails to CW and rec'd a phone call from someone in the advocacy dept that said he didn't have the docs and then said, let me check for you...he said that Naca and CW have some sort of shared database and he was able to see our docs submitted and the date but he was missing some things (bank statements and income) lol yea kinda scary...so I faxed them in directly to the fax he gave me (naca said it was ok to fax to the number he gave me) and they showed up on the CW website later that day. Now...we just wait and wait to see what happens next. But yeah, that's my long post to your simple question about CW not receiving the docs yet...lol Good luck! |

We got approved for that HomeSaver program thru CW before going with Naca and I had the fedex before the website was even updated. |
