Need Help/Advice...

Okay, I have been trying to work with CW for a mod and its not working. I have an phone appointment with NACA tomorrow so hopefully that will help. My question is, my wife and I have a notice to appear in court for notice of motion from CW this coming Monday. However, I was just offered a job position that will pay more than the job I lost a few months back. They want me to start orientation and work on Monday, is there any chance I can postpone the court date? I need help, cause if not I dont know what to do. My new job said they can try to work around my schedule on Monday, but they really want me to be there. I am stuck and its driving me nuts not knowing what to do. I know its important to be there at court, but on the other hand I dont want to lose a job that I have spent months looking for. Any advice or suggestions would be great.

Can your wife go without you? or maybe contact the court tomorrow and explain. You probably don't want to jeopardize this new job especially a better paying job. Jobs aren't exactly easy to come by nowdays...

Thanks Rumor, I am planning on calling CW, their attorneys and the court to see what I can do. You are correct, I do not want to jeopardize this new job. I know a lot of people are looking for jobs and its very hard to come by.

Well I had a great phone counseling today with NACA/Russell. Sounds like things might work out. After everything, my wife and I are looking at our mortgage price to drop about $300. I had more success talking to NACA than CW, which relieved alot of stress for the time being. I just hope everything will work out and if it does, I urge people to take a look into NACA.
