Question about Sale date and CW

I also got a crappie mod from CW on 4-1. Only added payments to the back end to bring me current. No real help. Just setting me up for a bigger fall down the road. CW....read my lips!!!!! If I was out of a job for 6 months, now making half as much as before and you give me a mod that brings me current, but adds $300 to the payment that IS NOT A MOD. It is a recipe for total failure. I choose NACA. I just hope they come through before I go into
FC.

HOWEVER.....CW could have avoided this IF they had made a good faith offer instead of that crap mod. I've been workng this issue since before Christmas 08.
I feel exactly like Rumor, dthom, Sarge, etc. Sick, scared, tired, angry all at the same time. I sincerely hope all of us get the mod we need to keep our homes. It is truly terrible what this company has, and is still doing, to us.

Now I know how they felt at the Alamo!
