Need to get copies of Countrywide loan docs

I am trying to work with NACA to get a loan restructure and somehow cannot find my Countrywide loan docs to my first mortage with them. Does anyone know how to obtain these since every number I call for Countrywide puts me in circles and I keep getting people who have no idea how to help me. I know we got them at signing just am in a frenzy to find them. Any help is appreciated!!

Re: Need to get copies of Countrywide loan docs

If you closed at a title company they should have copies available for you of your closing docs..........also check the back of your statement..........you may be able to order copies of certain docs online through your online account or you can do a QWR (Qualified Written Request) to request the copies..........but that can take up to 60 business days to complete..........

Re: Need to get copies of Countrywide loan docs

When I access my cw online account, they have a pdf copy of my loan docs under account information. When I submitted docs to naca they were only interested in my last mortgage statement not original loan docs even though I had them. Are you sure you need the original loan docs....
