| Harrassing calls from CW We have a MOD request that supposedly was submitted by NACA to CW on March 14th. Now I fully understand it takes anywhere from 30-60 days to start hearing anything regarding an offer from CW and am fine with that. My problem is that in the last 2-3 weeks we have been getting 2-3 calls a day from CW's collections department asking us when we intended to bring our account current! Next month we will be 1 year (12 months behind). So each time they call it is like starting all over explaining to them why we have not paid, what is going on with NACA and going through exactly the same steps 2-3 times a day. Is this common that CW continues to call daily with no knowledge at all of our NACA submission and even when they look in their system they still have no information at all concerning our NACA file? I have tried to email and call our rep at NACA and she has not replied to any of my calls. I was able to get a customer service rep from NACA on the phone who told me I needed to wait 45-60 days but I get the feeling that is what they tell everyone without even checking the file. My fear is that our file did not get sent to CW and now we will be at the mercy of CW and a foreclosure and sale date is on the way! Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks P.S. As I was writing this my phone rang...Guess Who? CW looking for payment.........AGAIN! |

| Re: Harrassing calls from CW Hello again Mgallant, I highly recommend calling CW's Advocacy Team at: 877-327-9225. This is the department at CW that deals with the non-profit organizations like the NACA. Inform them that you have chosen the NACA to represent you and give them your NACA ID#. Hopefully, the collection calls will stop. |
