Hi

I wanted to see if anybody can help ?/ I am curently 5 payments behind was told that i had been aproved long story short ! My income for november and december was the worst and still ended up making a good year ! but in the car bussiness and those last six months were the worst !! they said my income was not enough for the last 2 months !! what do i do now I have a new job 2 weeks but on salary and comission but more guarnteed money !!

Who is your lortgage serviser?
What state are you in?
What is your mortgage now / (rate, pinciple,interst only? second?, etc..)

country wide 30 year fixed 6.35 % i was denied because of income but i do have a better job ...

since your financials have changed for the better, contact them again/re-submit.
If they give you the run-around contact NACA:https://www.naca.com/refinance/refinanceSubmission.jsp they are a non-profit homeowners advocacy group.

dont contact them yet ? i just did it today with them is there a certain percentage they say my bills are $3200 a month and i take home about 4100

they say countrywide is tuff to deal with i just got a default letter ...

Your best bet is to go with NACA. Use the link I posted above, fill out tje form/call them. They have had succes with CW, its free and they are experienced.

thanks dan.. ? The lady i talked to from countrywide last week was looking at my file and says to me how much is you new income i told her she was looking at it and ssay's this is the reason it was not approved.. she ssays income.. she had on the phone and says ok it look like a forebearnce would work then she pauses and says hangon ? this wouldnt work she says you would required to make my reg payment and $1100 more for repayment! which came too $2700 !! I was like hun im haveing a problem with $1600
then she did a little adjusting and say's ok the computer now says loan mod
told me to send my new checkstub and a hardshp letter ? what do you think ?

Hi, I am in forclosure now and was served last month even had a woman ask my neighbor if anybody lived there !! I just talked to the bank last week got a nice woman that said i am a obama plan canadate that there was alot of hopefor me !! anyway i don't beleve anybody she said to me as others have said is there any funds available or have i saved any $$ just in case i told her no! is that good to say ?? I told her that i understand that they hired attorneys and i told her that i would rather pay them not the attorneys !! she said that the attorneys for cw have been suspended and they are not charging them right now because of a loan modifi...that i am going thru !! i asked if that is a good thing say said yes !!

can someone tell me if anybody is in my shoes at this point ?

Did you ever involve the NACA? If not, and you still want to keep your home (assuming this is the only home you own), you may want to try their HOME SAVE PROGRAM.

I'm sorry, I didn't understand your answer, but I just woke up and my brain is a little fuzzy, lol.

The NACA (Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America), is a completely seperate entity from Countrywide. It is a HUD approved, non-profit organization that helps homeowners who are struggling. Their service is free. The link I provided above will take you to their website. They may be able to help you save your home. You would have to click on their HOME SAVE PROGRAM and fill out the online submission to get things started. Not only have they helped many members here (including myself), but they have also been known to suspend foreclosures while in negotiations with Countrywide. It may be worth a try.

I m currently 18k behind !!

I had my negotiater call today and offer me a payment $120 more then i was at and $3500 upfrnt .. I asked about the obama plan and he say's it has not been worked out yet ! since i am in forclosure they pretty much said take this offer or leave it and rely on the program that may or not be true !! any body anywhere close i have till monday to give them an answer.. my payment is $1580 and now will be $1720 good thing first payment is due july 1st
