| New Hamsphire Input - CW Mods, NACA I live in NH and had a modification I turned down from CW because the payment increased....I am back to square one. I have contacted NACA, still taking a while as my husbands pay decreased 25%. I had a phone cousel this morning, I waited around for 1 hour and had to drop my daughter off at school, they called 12 min before I got home, I called them back and they said I had to wait until next thursday now. If you have CW and live in NH can you post what you have done regarding modifications, etc. Thanks! |

| Re: New Hamsphire Input - CW Mods, NACA I'm in the process of going through NACA, talked to them on the phone alot, but each time I have to set up a new phone appointment. The man I spoke with one time said it would be good to get an appraisel on our house as in comparison to the ones sold in around here. One house just sold for $192,000. We owe $350,000. I couldn't believe how little that house sold for. A house just like ours is on the block for $310,000. We have a farmers porch and a pool with two decks, they don't. So my question is, should we get an appraisel and then maybe they will be willing to do a reduction on our principal? |
