First I called 800-601-2522 x 8026, it was a machine,I didn't leave a message,been there done that to many times in the past 3 months, I NEED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE......Then I called 800-669-6093,I got ahold of a guy named DAVID, after 15 minutes talking to him as he looked over my loan,papers I had faxed in and programs that were available, he told me I didn't qualify for anything!! As far as the OBAMA plan (underwATER) THE PLAN IS NOT IN EFFECT AT THIS TIME HOPEFULLY BY april THEY WILL HAVE MORE INFORMATION on this program. He also suggested I go to hud.gov.com, or 800-569-4287 and ask them for help...I haven't yet but I will .. He also said they would call me if I qualified for the OBAMA plan.YA RIGHT>>>> |

Explain your situation and the forum might be able to offer better paths for your situation, which normally goes back to contacting NACA. |

The guy I spoke MICHEAL C. told me there was nothing they coould do to my loan , he was going through my financials ,which I faxed to them 4 nonths ago,he saw that after all was said and done I was at least 500 in the hole after all my monthly bills were paid!!! he told me my cable bill was to high, I pay 240 a month that covers tv,phone and internet,that was an insult...then it gets better, he told me I should rent out a room in my home! Then he told me I should call HUD,for there is nothing they can do.......I told him see you later and hung up, I called again, I got another rep. this time the lady said all they could do was refinance me..but that idea changed after she relised I was UNDERWATER!! Then she told me scince my payments were current It seams that I don't have a hardship!!!! I saw the documentary sunday night on date line...this company is a sham and deserves to go under!!What A bunch of IDIOTS!!!! No I cannot go to NACA,I have a rental home as well...... I'm so disqusted with them!!!! |
