I try to keep up with all the threads, but can't find the answer to my question (or forgot it, due to old age, lol). Have you guys contacted the NACA or are you still trying to deal with CW directly?

Hi FLgata......faxing in our paperwork today to NACA.......and new paperwork to CW....its like and endless circle....it sometimes feels like one of those scary dreams where youre trying to scream or run and CAN'T!! lol...

Oh really, that is a reall bummer. However, I am not suprised. Kind of pushing a sensitive button. What was she doing or saying? I have had some really harse and hard lessons lately about what companies will do to people, and the sky is the limit. Just try gettgin disability benefits and you will find out how far companies will go to trample you. Or just look at what banks have gotten away with for that matter..... We are in a new and tough world folks. Pull up your boot straps people, it's everybody for themselves......

They said she violated company policy by posting to this website..even though most of the time I was posting things she told me...they claimed she didn't show CW in a good way

Hey pdsfoley,

How often does CW have its insider peeps lurking here in order to report back ? With all the systemic organizational servicing probs CW BofA have, you'd think they would spend their time fixing their bad servicing probs instead of paying folks to lurk here to snitch back re what their unhappy customers are saying .

I am sorry for finding your story humorous. So your a tele-service rep? Your in foreclosure with cw? Early in my battle, i would call cw and ask every rep if they to were in foreclosure w/ cw. They fired your wife? I was thinking also what it must be like to answer those calls, I to put my complete trust of my home on some uninformed, minimum wage, robots word. Who runs that joint? "hey your fired from here for going on a forum that will help you with answers to help you with us"!! If I was your wife, at that moment idk, i would have to think but it would be a moment..they suck

don't know how often they lurk here....and yeah they should be fixing their "in house" problems...She tried to do her job well and did....Never brought the house problem to work...its sad
