    Received a letter

    I received a letter from Citi Mortgage that pertains to my home loan. It basically states that if I am going to have a problem or having a problem with my home loan. To visit their home assist web site or call a 866 # to get help.

    I am not behind on my loan yet. I will need a loan mod in the near future.

    My question would be.
    Is this real.
    Is this letter a new program that Citi is offering.

    You can call the CitiMortgage number for Loan Safe members to see if they know anything about these letters. Just let them know that you are a member here and that you receive the letter and your are seeing if it is legitimately from CitiMortgage.
