MERS Robo CitiMortgage "sold" loan to PennyMac Aug 2010

In August Citi sold loan to PennyMac. Possible Robo Signers

"Lisa Markham" Assistant V. P. of Deutsche Bank AND Assistant VP of Citi
    “J Bryant”
    "Pam January"
    "Karen Roberts"
    “Steve Dunsmore”

Above may be employees of CR Title or Law Firm "Pite Duncan" of San Diego -- California's equal to the David Stern firm in Florida

The Assignor of the Note May of 2010 is purportedly a “Lisa Markham” Assistant
Vice-President of MERS (ceased ability to do business in California 03/
    25/2009) again a fraud.

MERS, a California Corporation was suspended from doing business in
California on or before 03/25/2009 when its agent for process resigned
according to the California Secretary of State’s Office.

this notice makes a false affidavit by “Steve Dunsmore” (maybe Stuart Title)
purported signature consisting of a simple mark typical of “Robo-
signing” and provides: “… and has deposited with said duly appointed
Trustee, such deed of trust and all documents evidencing obligations
    secured thereby, …”

Any similar traces to these individuals or other firms they "represent"??

John M - Thanks for posting & sharing with the community here.

Since MERS isn’t registered with the California Secretary of State to do business in California, Judges in the California courts should be held accountable for allowing MERS to foreclose on homeowners. MERS is not a lending institution nor is it a bank. MERS is simply a Delaware corporation that tracks the electronic registration of mortgage assignments. A corporation from another state should not be allowed to make assignments of the deed of trust or provide substitutions of trustees here in California.
