Loan sold to Arch Bay Capital

So my Citimortgage loan that I have spent the last year trying to modify has been sold to Arch Bay Capital (a hedge fund who specializes in rehabbing loans and reselling them - according to their website)

SLS is servicing it and I am told I need to start the process all over (I had just sent in my 3rd trial payment). arghh.

Anyone else have their loan sold off to Arch Bay. Seems they like to sell these off in bunches.

More importantly anyone have any experience with Arch Bay?
