What paperwork is needed for self employed

For the self employed folks out there:

What paperwork did Citi ask of you. So far it has been only the 2 months of bank statements. I pester them all them time. I am sure at some point I will get asked for additional paperwork.

Can you all let me know what was needed so I can start getting it ready.

They will also require two years of your most recent tax returns and either a 3-6 month p&l, or with some lenders the p&l needs to be year to date. Call Chase right away and ask about the profit and loss form..
