I just received a phone call from the Exec. Response team that my loan modification had been completed! Thank you for the information provided by your site. I believe that in my case it was truly what helped me obtain the help I needed. Start to finish the folks were very helpful and professional. Thank you to both this site and to the tireless effors of the team at Citi. My rep was Tisha, but also spoke to Sergio and Matt. Each time they were very helpful. I must also say that Carol and Erin in Loss Mitigation were very nice and helpful to me. I drug my heals big time because I expected rude and unhelpful, almost to my own detriment. I cannot stress enough that contact your lender sooner than later. You will be better off stresswise and I was never given rude service or belittled at all. I have experienced that with another lender and thank the staff at Citi for their professionalism. THANKS EVERYONE!!!!!!

Faxed in the hardship letter and package on 12/03/2008 and "closing forms on " on 12/19/2008

It took about a month, but I had all my paperwork filled out when I contacted the team and had all the necessray documents to them the same day.
