Exclamation Need advice.. Citi Residential Mortgage and Pregnant....

Hello everyone:
My story is kind of the same as many of the people out there, I bought a condo (my primary residence) three years ago with two mortgage one fixed and the other one adjustable.. Ofcourse the first mortgage was initially with AMC who then sold it to Citi. For the first two year I had a fixed interest only payment which started to adjust in November 2007, at that time I thought I could refinance but due to the market crash I have not been able as my property is now upsidedown... In addition, 4 and a half months ago, I discovered I was pregnant and even thought I am extremelly happy, I am so stressed out that due to pregnancy I can perform the same amount of work as before since I am a self employed accountant. Also, I have been told by Drs to take it easy as I am having some difficulties with the pregnancy and I can loose the baby.. Then in August/September I started falling behind I hired some individuals who promised me the world and it turned out to be the biggest scam and fraud. Now I am involved by myself trying to do this modification, and unfortunately Citi did not provide me with a payment plan since for unexplained reason by the CS I did not qualify. Now I am two months behind and I don't know what to do.. Luckly I discovered my file was at the Office of the President at Citi and I called them after I was rejected with the payment plan and they told me to go ahead and fax my hardship letter, as well as my proof of income and other documents. I faxed them all the necessary documents last Thursday and as of today they don't have anything registered of receipt...So not only I am having a risky pregnancy, I am in a big stress due to this and I want to know if I can get an advice of how I can help expedite this process so I can relax and not give this stress to my baby.... Please help.
