Correspondence Address "big secret"? NOT on my statements - Loan Modification Forum

I thought it was a violation of RESPA to NOT have the correspondence address clearly on your account statement? I have searched everywhere on my CitiMortgage statements for a CURRENT address, and NONE to be found. Only an 800 number for customer service which they force you to call, and of course you get put into the collection merry go round and they won't GIVE You the address until you divulge your account information and social security number.

Then they put you on hold to talk to COLLECTONS. It's quite obvious that they don't want you to have the address.

I am trying to send my Qualified Written Request, and simply CANNOT get the address!

I cannot believe this! Anyone have a current one?? This is so nuts, and I am so tired of it, and I cannot believe that our regulators cannot pick this crap off better than they do. There is simply NO accountability.

CITI is one of the 5 LARGEST servicers in this nation, and they can't even regulate THEM. It's incredible.
