I frantically call her back at number she left, but get a fast busy on the 866 number she gave me. But also had from caller ID another number which is a Phoenix number and do get her direct. She is now assigned to my account and is friendly very detailed patient person. She was concerned about the busy, is suppose to be a new number they just started using or I might try the old which she gave me. Good News and Bad News The Good She sees that they have documents from the Trial Package overnighted back last week. These are the documents I have been trying to get since July and many of the docs have already been sent 3 times previously. But they now show they have everything. She even listed them as she saw them. Not listed other than something in “other documents” was the latest P/L as of 9/30/09. But she thought the P/L was probably the “other”. She confirmed they do not need any future P/L’s since was within 90 days and do not need to update. If the “other” is something else if a problem I can fax her the 9/30 P/L. The Bad Zillions of us were restarted on the 3 month trial even though as in my case I have already paid 3 months. My trial period now is not up until January 2010 which is what the documents said and I questioned at the time but no one was clear. She says about 6 of 10 people she is now contacting have already been on trials and all have to redo another 3 months. Long discussion of the Foreclose hold situation where Mangers Unit person did a 90 day and than said indefinite no sale date hold which she said was better since would have to start over again on foreclosure notice. But CR Title that does the foreclosure sales will only do 30 day extensions of sale date at a time unless they are “directly” contacted by Citi not just shows that way on the Citi computer CR Title also sees. Annette understands the problem and sends long e-mails to two different attorney sections to either get indefinite hold with no sales date which is current status with Citi or 90 days. In some ways 90 days seems a better definite option with the concern that the date if mod isn’t approved can reversed that at any point and quickly sell. If get 90 days it can keep getting renewed again. I can check back with her end of week for status from attorneys. I will then again contact CR Title to see if anything helped for them not to just do 30 days at a time. |

Exec person was quite sure it would not be sent to underwriting tall after January payment. I hope she was wrong and you are right. The various divisions don't communicate well. I was just pleasantly surprised they had all my docs from last week in their system. |

Exec Team person called me out of the blue. They seem to be able to get more done than the power level loss mitigation nice friendly folks. There are also some other mentions here of Annette that are very faorable. She SEEMS to have more power than the loss mit or mangers unit? But time will tell. At least she recognized my problem of not getting CR Title to agree to longer extension that manager got at Citi. She seemed to fully understand and sent long notes to two different attorney groups at Citi. I could hear her typing a lot! Actaully in the very early stages like in April got to Exec team via the phone posted here with some good reports. But then loss mit called and got shifted out back to loss mitigation where I had been every since. At least in Executive Group have one person assigned to work with you and at least today (now yesterday) she was easy to contact. |
