(Like I havent heard this befor) is on leave for the rest of the year. Does this realy mean she was fired I was told that the docs are correct my HAMP agreement doesent inclued Mortage insurance and doesent have to. Therfor the adittonal escrow is for the insurance. IS That Right??????? Is my impression correct that mortage insurance should be inclulded in the HAMP payment or am I | |

No "if" or "but". Period! |

An escrow account collects and pays for homeowner's insurance and property taxes. PMI is not a part of the escrow. So what is being added onto the payment as an additional amount? Is it PMI or homeowner's insurance? It's hard to tell from what is posted. |

What he was told about "Mortgage insurance" was correct it is not included in the 31% piti but is in addition to it. |
