Citimortgage short sale help needed

I am approaching a closing for my home on November 23, 2009. I accepted an offer to sell for $190,000.00 and I owe $212,000.00 to Citimortgage on the home. With deficiency, back taxes and commissions I have to come to closing with around $40,000.00. I contacted Citimortgage on October 13, 2009 to ask for approval of a short sale. They asked for information that I sent to them and I recieved an email from them on Saturday October 24, 2009 indicating that my application was submitted to a negotiation team and that I would hear from them in 10 days.

Can you assist me in getting in touch with someone at Citimortgage sooner than 10 days. I will tell you that from October 13, 2009 (date of my application) to October 24, 2009 (date I was notified that my app was sent to a negotiation team the reps at Citimortgage were very helpful, professional and courteous. I have so far no complaints and I know that this is sooner than the 10 days that I was told to wait but I would like to button this up as soon as I can.

Can you assist me?
