Any experience with Tanisha Summers of CitiMortgage?

Hi

My loan is assinged to Tanisha Summers of CitiMortgage. Her phone number is 866-751-3913, extn. 20337.

I made my first trial payment on Oct. 1, called Citi's Mortgage Outreach and was told that my file is complete and has been forwared to CitiMortgage and Tanisha Summers is assigned to my file. My servicer is CitiMortgage and investor is Citibank.

It will be helpful to know if anyone is dealing or delt with Tanisha Summers.

I have actually not heard of this negotiator.. Have you contacted her since the first to get status on your case?

I tried the number, but it was not going through, so I called back Mortgage Outreach, and this time she gave me Citi's number 866-751-3613 extn. 20337 (I had the incorrect name/numer earlier) and the name is Tamish Summerfiled, I called her and left a message just now.

Mortgage Outreach said that she is a counselor (they did not say negotiator)....they both have different roles....not having good feelings

I thought that counselors and negotiators were pretty much one in the same..

i dont know the diffrence, but I just got off the phone with them and they said the file was with an underwriter, and the agreement would be prepared by an underwriter. They acted like they didnt know what a negoitator was but the agreement would be in the mail within 30 days. i also asked them about unlocking my mortgage account and they said it will stay locked until it is modified. I know other people get their status onlline, so I wonder why it is diffrent for everyone. It doesnt make since. BTW, lst trial payment made 10/15/2009 which was for the november 1 payment.
