I had been working with Leslie at Citifinancial trying to get my loan modified, they denied it and said I would have to come up with $20,000 which of course I do not have due to being laid off of my job. I went back to Leslie stating that I believed I would qualify if they would give me a temporary reduction in rate of 1-3% while still rolling in my past due amount. My house is again in foreclosure for November 5, 2009. They refuse to budge. Leslie had initially stated that my paperwork looked good and she thought I would qualify. I need help fast.

I was, then began working for my old employer at a reduced income (title company), but leslie thought she could get them to work with my new income as it seemed to fall into the modification guidelines.

OK, then since you are employed, maybe you have a shot if you can afford the new payment. What is your total household income and what is the mortgage balance, current rate and payment?
