Approved for a fixed rate of 5.275% for 40 yrs at a payment of $1080.14!!! saving us $816!!! It was a long harrowing experience but in the end well worth it!! we took the path of being patient yet persistent, calm yet firm and above all polite...not sure if that helped out the process or not but it helped us get through the whole ordeal. so to everyone out there keep your chin up and keep fighting for what you believe in and hopefully many more success stories will start flooding this site. thank you to Moe and Evan and everyone else behind the scenes helping so many of us!!!! |

A and the charges are correct. with V.A there are some charges they aren't allowed to roll into the loan . it just about broke me, but I need to keep my home |
