As a plan B, I have come up with the amount I am in arrears and a little more for attorney's fees. The problem is Citi won't give me an amount so I can plan. I am also concerned about the property taxes they prepaid for me. My original loan was just PI and they have reworked it as PITI because I hadn't paid the taxes. How much are attorney's fees? Are they reasonable? If I can put down most of it will they work with me on paying the rest in a few weeks? Please respond quickly everyone! |

I'm wondering what they will do as far as the money in the unapplied funds account and property taxes they have prepaid for me. Let's keep our fingers crossed everything goes well, I can reinstate and move forward. |

They added pending inspection fees ($15 per inspection), servicing fees, appraisal/bpo $100, "inspections" $75. My sale date is September 27 so the quote is good until that date. It also included the September payment which I thought was interesting. Also, they did not apply my entire unapplied funds balance. They shorted it $678. Again, interesting. I don't really care at this point. I'm paying this baby off at the end of the month, God willing, and moving on with my life. |

They received the envelope Monday Aug. 31, 2009. They had to forward the payment to the payment center and it didn't post until Thursday, Sept. 3, 2009. The next day, Sept 4, 2009, the sale was cancelled. The priority posting site was updated after my reminder phone call on Sept. 4, 2009. All done. All safe. I should mention. Citi is showing additional funds of $799 on my account. I knew they had overcharged me. After enjoying my new found security, I will ask them for a full accounting. Thank You God for everything! |
