Did anyone read the article that was on the front page of MSN yesterday, regarding how slow lenders are to do the loan modifications? They say only 9% of people who were being foreclosed on or late with payments have received a modification. Sounds like it's not just Citi thats slow. Other insitutions are dragging their feet at the homeowner's expense as well.
