Loan Mod help. Citi does call back

I have been trying to get a loan mod from Citi. I faxed over the needed information in May. This is now August 1st and I have yet to get someone to help me. I had one lady call be back, she left a message on the ans machine but I couldn't understand the phone number or ext. I called the number that is listed here in this forum but still can't get any answer.
Is there someone directly I can call? I would like to see if I could get a loan mod if Citi is willing to work with me. Is Citi willing to work with me???

When you call Citi are you just asking them if they have recieved your paperwork?

I have tried to ask if they have my paper work but no one seems know for sure. I had a lady who called once and I tried to call her back, that was over a week ago and no one has called me back.
Is there a dept or person I can call?

I was given a contact name of Jim Davis to try and reach regarding Citi and a loan mod. However it was the wrong number. They don't service my loan for CitiMortgage.
Is there something else I can try? Thanks, Karen

Similar story. I have been working with Citi for about 12 weeks on HAM - finally rejected on 7/14 - no reason given.
I have roughly 7% equity in my house (based on Citi estimate used for HAM tool) and my mortgage-to-income ratio is around 50%. I'm current and never missed or been late on my payment, any payment for that matter.

I filed online Citi Hardship questionnare on 7/14 and haven't heard a word since.

Any advice? What should I do now?
