Everytime I call1-866-255-3901 I tell them I am a member of the loan safe website and they give me another number to call. They say that number is for presidental or executive accounts.

I am getting the same. So far CitiMortgage is nothing but a runaround for me. I cannot get straight answers nor is anyone working my file.

They seem to care very little that currently my neighborhood consists of the following issues that are devaluing this property. Item #1, the house immediately beside me BoA Home Loans has let set for well over a year even though has been foreclosed on. Item #2, the house three up, but on the same side of the street, sold as a short sale this year for $106,000. Item #3, the house across from that one has been left vacant within the last month and it is not listed or anything. Item #4, a builder's unfinished home, about 5 houses up, is listed at $89,000. Lastly, item #5, the house on the south end of my street has been vacated as well within the last two months. This area was averaging well into the high 100's but there seems to be no "value" now. I owe about $150K now and cannot see them getting that much for this home nor anywhere close.
