Citi executive email address - Loan Modification Forum

Hi, can anyone post some Citi executives' email addresses that are relavant to loan modification? I've been trying to get my HELOC with Citi modified. But today I was told that they couldn't do anything about it as "there is no problem available to help me." I want to email to someone to jumpstart my mod again.

Has anyone successfully modified their HELOC with Citimortgage&Citibank before? Will NACA handle HELOC?

If the 1st is modded yes then NACA can help with 2nd, when they do it from the start they do try on both 1st and 2nd at the same time

When you go thru NACA, if your 1st and 2nd is with the same company, they will attempt to mod at the same time. If you HELOC is with a different company than I don't think NACA will.
