The foreclosure notice claims no payment since October 2008. I have in fact been on a modified payment schedule with them. First they suspended payments for 4 month then a modified payment of 1715.44 for several months then most recent modification of 2000.00 per month. My contact at CITI was Mrs.Sharon Balden M.S. phone # 1-866-713-4784 ext 15301 not only was I making the payments but I was sending in extra ! May 2009 I sent 2500.00 and June 2009 payment I sent 3500.00 They filed foreclosure a week later ? All payments were certified bank funds mailed to Ms. Baldens attention 1000 Technology Dr. O'fallon MO 63368-2240 The document the filed claim no payment since 10/08 They also say they don't have my original loan docs. They had their lawyer send me a workable solutions packet but that's what I filled out to be on the modified payment I was on at the time they foreclosed ?!?! I think first I need them to send me a complete record of all funds received , fees over life of loan. The people I've dealt with have seemed courteous and professional I have to believe its a case of poor flow of information between depts. But I need to get off this mouse wheel. If my loan could be lowered by 1or 1/12 percent, the arrearage moved around I could be current. I feel caught up in the machine. I wonder if Moe can figure this one out, our mediation is ordered to have a representative of CITI with AUTHORITY to act its scheduled August 12, 2009 (they appointed Robin Syder) does any one have any experience with her or this process ? thanks Mark FL |

Let me add this also interesting bit, Citi foreclosure filing includes a request for judge to reestablish lost note. Yes you hear a lot of that. But they filed with only the first bank who owned my loan endorsement/assignment to the second bank. That's it , there is NOTHING filed showing any transaction between second bank and them (third) bank. The only place CITI's name is found is on front page as plaintiff. |

Citi maybe just servicing the loan or they bought the loan from the previous servicer.

In the past I've just accepted CITIS arrearage figures, payed up scratching my head at the totals provided. But this time I want complete accounting record. (my payments their fees) I haven't heard from anyone other than their Lawyer as of yet. ( and Moe which I appreciate greatly) The newly ordered mediation process in Florida has had some positive results, and as I've said before we have dealt with some very nice people in the past. It is my belief that CITI is SO BIG its a poor flow of information between departments. But that doesn't help when you fall thru cracks. Best of luck |
